Self-Custody Wallet

SendTokens is a self-custody wallet that provides you with the ability to securely store and manage your cryptocurrencies. It is important to note that we do not have access to your wallet or your private keys. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your digital assets.

You agree to use the Platform in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, engaging in any fraudulent or malicious activities, violating intellectual property rights, or interfering with the operation of the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or suitability of the Platform for your specific purposes.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the security of your wallet and digital assets. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SendTokens be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by SendTokens or its licensors. You may not use or reproduce any intellectual property without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be eective upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for any updates.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
